Training

TrainingFull training is given following an installation of TranSearch®.  Generally this will be on-site to allow the users to get up to speed quickly in the live environment.  We can also provide training at our Kent offices.  Training is always 'hands-on' and we work with your trainers or project team to create training that is customised to your needs, maximising your return on investment. 

We recommend that we conduct 'Train the Trainer' training, which ensures that you can cope with changes of staff and loss of knowledge that is a fact of life in today’s fast moving business environment.

Support

We provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that offers telephone and email support during normal GMT business hours.  We can also provide on-line support through the use of GoToMeeting software where we can view your activity on your own PC in order to support you better.  In addition, GoToMeeting allows us to demonstrate techniques to you so that you can watch and copy.  GoToMeeting support is included in the standard SLA.

If you wish you can upgrade to our Gold SLA, which will entitle you to 24/7 support by phone.  Our support team run a call logging system so that you can be assured that reported issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.

Hardware Warranty

Printer rangeWe can supply a variety of peripheral equipment for Bar-Code printing and scanning.  All equipment sold comes with a free 12 months Advance Replacements Warranty.  This means that if an item is found to be faulty simply let us know and we will despatch a replacement to you immediately and you return the faulty goods to us.  The Advance Replacement Warranty can be extended beyond one year on request and payment of annual service charge.

Compliance
