TranSearch® - Overview

TranSearch is a multi-user, enterprise software product which provides a comprehensive Windows and web-based records management system for the storage and retrieval of original documents, files, archive boxes or any other trackable item.

FoldersTranSearch is an extremely flexible system which has been designed for the high volume demands of the enterprise user. Whether your organization has 50 employees or 50,000, TranSearch provides a scalable solution. This is reflected in our customer base, which includes International Banks, International Accountancy Firms, Insurance companies etc. Such Clients may have multiple offices, departments and typically have hundreds of thousands of files and many thousand movements a month.
Some existing installations have in excess of 2 million items tracked by TranSearch.

Utilising the latest Bar-Code technology and RFID, TranSearch has been designed to identify and track any item within the workplace. Each item is given a unique Bar-Code to identify it to the system and from that moment forward the item can be tracked from location to location via the simple use of Bar-Code scanners.

EDRM Functionality

With the TranSearch ADA (Associated Document Archive) Option, scanned documents may also be stored, retrieved and viewed. Utilising the TranSearch ADA ScanBack functionally enables filing teams and or warehouses to retrieve a particular document from a file/box and Scanback an image to a user thereby reducing delivery costs.


E-Mail Manager

email exampleWith the TranSearch E-mail Manager option, e-mails can be configured to be sent on any event in the system. Some examples of these are automated notification of items due for review or destruction, Order Confirmations, Loan Expiry, Leaver E-mails, etc.

Content is fully configurable and can include your companies own style sheet and specific e-mail content. Compatible with all major e-mail products, the TranSearch E-mail Manager is proving invaluable to our Clients.

No Double Keying!

95% of all TranSearch systems have some integration to clients internal systems that auto-populates the TranSearch database without the need to re-key information. We can also pull-in information from other systems to auto-fill data fields as the user enters file information. UKS developers have a wide range of experience in integrating systems and are able to provide custom interfaces where required.
