With the TranSearch E-mail Manager option, e-mails can be configured to be sent on any event in the system.

Some examples of these are automated notification of items due for review or destruction, Order Confirmations, Loan Expiry, Leaver E-mails, etc.

 

Content is fully configurable and can include your company's own style sheet and specific e-mail content.

Compatible with all major e-mail products, the TranSearch E-mail Manager is proving invaluable to our Clients.

Below are shown some sample e-mails that can be generated via the Email Manager. Design, content and event are fully configurable.

1. Requested items are ready for collection

2. Order Confirmation

3. Requested loan period expired

By clicking on the link in the email the user can extend the loan period.

4. Leaver email

When a leaver approaches their last day with the company, an email can be sent asking them to return any files that they currently have in the possession.
