TranSearch® - Windows Client

TranSearch Windows Client forms the backbone of the product for the records management team. Functionality rich and including the TranSearch Order Manager, Report Generator and System Configuration Manager, the Windows Client has been designed to ease the tasks involved in file management.

With On-Line ordering to third party storage providers, the file management team can manually or automatically forward any orders for off-site items quickly and easily.

With fully configurable Picking / Delivery / Pick & Deliver / Collection and Put Away Tasks and full utilization of the TranSearch mobile scanners, Storage Management has never been easier.


TranSearch® - WebPlus

TranSearch WebPlusTranSearch WebPlus is an intuitive application that requires little training.  The WebPlus module can be delivered directly from within your Intranet and can incorporate your in-house style sheets.  The fact that WebPlus can be easily deployed over the web ensures you have scalability as and when you require and can keep cost to a minimum. 
WebPlus runs securely on your own Intranet and can be integrated with virtually any in-house system to automatically populate fields for ease of use.  User Profiles, linked to the Active Directory, can control access to sensitive information.

Fully secure and utilising the latest web technology TranSearch WebPlus compliments the existing TranSearch modules.

The TranSearch WebPlus ‘Digital Dashboard’ as shown above enables users to see specific details at a glance. The dashboard shows files at their location, the entries on their ‘favourites list’ and the status of their current file requests.  Fully configurable, the ‘Digital Dashboard’ home page becomes the users starting point for all of their file management needs.

Multiple searching options such as our ‘Google type’ quick search, our standard metadata search and our global search enable users to simply and quickly find the records they require.
