ADA has been designed as an entry level EDRM for companies wishing to consolidate their Records Management. WebPlus combined with ADA gives the users the ability to view both physical and electronic records from one system.

• Secure File Transmission and Storage.
  Using the latest SOAP technology for electronic transfer, ADA stores the file in its associated workspace and generates an ‘index’ card within the database.
• Versioning
  Each and every electronic document is placed into a versioning system when it is transferred to ADA.
• Full Audit Trail
  Every transaction ADA performs is logged with a time, date and a username allowing administrators to view a full history of every document on the system.
• Multiple Workspaces
  ADA has a record workspace which is associated with a physical asset be it a client, project or a single file, this area is used to store electronic records relating to the item. ADA also features a personal workspace for each user allowing easy document backup and retrieval.
• ScanBack
  Designed for large file stores and the Records Management Team, ScanBack enables users to request a Scan of a particular document rather than requesting the delivery of the complete file. Fully interfaced into the Transearch order Manager, ScanBack Jobs may be processed in a similar fashion to normal delivery Jobs. Once the item is picked, a Cover Sheet is produced and the required document scanned into ADA.
  
  Upon receipt of the scanned document ADA will complete the Job and create an email notification to the user with a hyper link to the scanned image.

  ADA can be fully integrated with Windows Active directory as well as TranSearch
• Multiple Storage Areas
  ADA can utilise various storage types, including File Servers and NAS areas.
• Application interfaces
  Utilising the ADA Microsoft Office Add-in, users are able to quickly and simply upload files/document/emails etc into ADA and associate them with a particular physical file.
