Vertical Markets

During the past 12 months we have concentrated our efforts in developing ‘TranSearch Specific’ versions in a number of different vertical sectors.

The defining requirements change from sector to sector but there is one common denominator – compliance.

Compliance appears the driving force and the more help that TranSearch can offer in achieving the regulatory performance required, the more valuable is TranSearch within that sector.

We are currently focusing upon the Police (in the Public Sector) and Accountancy + Legal (in the Commercial Sector).

We are working with various Police Forces throughout the UK to achieve MoPI compliance and KPMG & PwC (UK, ROI & Netherlands) to comply with the requirements of IASB (International Accounting Standards Board).

TranSecure

TranSecure – Files that simply cannot ever be lost or stolen

We are now pleased to advise you of a new module which we would recommend for those files that are ultra-sensitive and that simply cannot ever be lost or misplaced.

These files are normally housed in a separate and secure Archive which is manned 24/7 throughout the year.

With TranSecure this is unnecessary.

The Archive can be entirely unmanned.

Should such a file be removed without authority by (say) ‘A’:
1) An alarm is triggered (audible or inaudible).

2) The ‘Swipe Card’ of employee A, who removed the file, is automatically temporarily suspended.

3) Unable to use his/her card, ‘A’ is contained (NB) only exception is in case of fire.

4) Security staff are automatically alerted to identity of ‘A’ and missing file.

(NB) 2/4 above is only achievable with full co-operation of the Authors of the initial security systems.

The conception of TranSecure has been driven by demand by one of our Clients for the policing of such ultra sensitive information.

The Client concerned has rejected a manned solution for reasons of revenue cost and possibility of complicity.

If TranSecure could be of interest to yourselves, please contact us for further information.
