CB Richard Ellis is in fact the result of a merger between CB Hillier Parker and Richard Ellis. They are now a very substantial firm of Surveyors & Architects operating worldwide.

The group was advised by Management Consultants, appointed by them, to install TranSearch®.

Screen Design

We were asked to provide over 50 individual screen designs for this client - each with many variables peculiar to each department.

There are however a number of common variables on each screen. The mix of common/individual variables permits reporting by department or centrally producing generic reports.

Data Capture

Files are distributed from a central location and Bar-Coded delivery notes issued.

Files and delivery notes are "married together" and scanned at time of file delivery.
A substantial amount of bespoke programming was requested by this client, including writing a link to the company's eBis system.

CBRE now have automatic input to TranSearch® via their eBis system, thereby obviating the necessity of duplicating the input.

Reports

A variety of departmental and generic reports are generated using TranSearch®.
